Roadside bombs continue to kill and maim in Afghanistan, leaving many servicemen with life-changing injuries. But millions of dollars are being invested in research to give soldiers a better chance, by reducing the blast's impact on their body. NBC's Annabel Roberts reports.

The thing is these politicians nowdays think going into a country and fighting a war is like taking a summer stroll. Thing is all the neighboring countries are related to the ones being attacked. The neighbors make a lot of money selling war materials and encouragement in those countries. So you end up with a lot of juvinile delinquents blowing up a lot of stuff. Sound familiar, right Vietnam. Didn't learn a thing did ya. Dumb Politicians.
