Subscribe to RSSA Munich disc jockey held for five hours as a sex slave by a 47-year-old German woman said on Monday he would press charges of sexual coercion and deprivation of freedom against a woman he had met just a few hours earlier in a local pub.
The 43-year-old disc jockey named Dieter S. told Munich's T.Z. newspaper that he had to call police to rescue him from the woman's flat in Munich after she locked him inside, hid the key and forced him to have repeated sex with her.
"She was sex mad and there was no way out of the flat," Dieter said. He told the daily, which had also earlier published a police report about the incident, that he had consensual sex with the woman three times earlier that day on Easter Monday.
"I was having a beer at the pub after work and met this woman -- and we hit it off right away," Dieter said, referring to their meeting at a pub in Munich's Ludwigsvorstadt district. "She was quite attractive," he added.
But after the first consensual rounds, Dieter said he wanted to leave. He discovered she had locked the doors from the inside and hidden the key so he could not leave. He thought about trying to flee over the balcony but it was too high, he said.
"I realized I was trapped and had to keep going until she fell asleep," Dieter said. "So we had sex five more times."
As soon as the woman fell asleep, Dieter said he went out to the balcony and placed an emergency call to police on his cell phone. Police arrived 10 minutes later.
The woman unlocked the door to let the authorities in. She then promptly propositioned the officers, police said.
"She tried to persuade the police officers to join her in 'related activities' -- albeit unsuccessfully," Munich police wrote in a press release.
The woman was taken into custody and later released. She now faces charges of sexual coercion and deprivation of freedom.

If this had happened to a woman, it would be called rape. Why isn't it being called rape here? I don't find this story funny.
Actually, if this had happened to a woman, she would have a very difficult time proving rape, since there was consentual sex three times already. But the story doesn't say anything about her using a weapon on him, just that he couldn't get out. Sounds like he didn't really HAVE to have sex with her five more times until she fell asleep. He could have easily overpowered her and gone out on the balcony to call the cops without having to do it five more times. Women have a pretty high burden of proof that they were not willing, that they fought hard, many times rape isn't even prosecutable unless there are serious bruises, cuts, wounds, etc. I don't know why men shouldn't have a similar burden of proof.
Both men and women would have an equally hard time proving it was rape: BECAUSE IT WASNT. It was sexual coercion, a charge likely to be dropped at trial and usually reserved for prosecuting prostitution related incidents. The real crime is deprivation of freedom, a well defined act which the woman definitely engaged in.
Five more times without wanting to ... it's HARD to do it five times when asked to!!!!!

There are lots of ways to escape, none of which involve calling the cops. Why can't he just tell her that he wants to get some food or something? When this story was published earlier, most people were calling for his man card revocation.

As for the complainant , just cause he only wanted to do it three times and she wanted five more doesn't make it rape, or does it? I would guess maybe forcible confinement would better apply. The whole thing is just weird.

As sad as this story is and the irony of it all, this is quite funny. Stories of the woman holding the guy hostage and also being very attractive is very rare and this case many men would only wish to be in this mans predicament.

I shared a similar experience when I was 19(I'm now 38). I thought I was in heaven, having sex 10 times a day. But I could only keep it up, pun intended, for about two months. A buddy of mine had a run in with a nymphomaniac a few years back.
