He was in her state. And in reality she has authority over him in AZ. He doesnt respect state sovereignty and this is the problem with the FEDS. They have no jurisdiction in any state. He cannot tell AZ what laws they can implement. He is lucky he wasnt arrested by the state of AZ for breaking his oath to the Constitution. She could have had him tried for treason.
