Obama would have never put boots on the ground in the first place. Didnt need troops to accomplish his goals. See Libya. Obama would have used the AF to punish the Taliban. But that would have been bad for Halliburton. After all they gave Cheney over 25 million dollars on his way to the White House.

How many hours did the Obama-Karzai Strategic Partnership Agreement last? Americans have to understand that Karzai and his cohorts are corrupt- how many billions have been wasted in there and nothing to show for it. Obama had Germany's Merkel make an official assistance for Afghanistan for the next 10 yrs. There is absolutely no accounting of monies diappearing to Qatar and UAE by the sachelfuls. It was Sunday when an US Marine was killed by a buddy system Afghan soldier and another American injured. Swedish ISAF was injured badly by a roadbomb. It is unsafe all over the place for foreigners. What criteria are there for the real endgame? If Obama's partner (Hamid Karzai)repudiates the just signed agreement with all the hoopla- Obama releasing terrorists from detention back for the chase (NATO?ISAF forces'killing)isn't that called the writing on the wall phenomena? Where is US Congress?

As soon as we leave, Karzai will either be killed or, most probably, switch sides...Barry thinks he can deal with this snake but he keeps getting outsmarted as he has on most of our foreign policies.

US should void the pact and let Karzay, his cronies et-al corrupt and inept government sink or swim by them self. Pretty soon the world will see who will be bailing out with pocketfull of money. The Afghan armed forces and Karzay are the first one to run and scatter in all direction in a close combat that tells how brave the Afghans are. It doesn't matter who put the boots on the ground to start with. The clown that sent terrorists to the U.S. is dead. Lets bring the soldiers home and not support that corrupt mess they have there. I agree, both parties have no problem pandering to muslims as long as the people at the top make their money. Democrats do it openly, republicans do too, just behind closed doors.

And the similarities between all three are very real. All three sacrifice their people to further gains in power and wealth.

Unfortunately too many people in this country are partisan, and incapable of seeing that no matter which side takes power, they are both just two sides of the same coin.

For saving them, Saudi Arabia and co manipulated oil prices sky high and gave in return their Sunni Islamic extremist versions of Salaffi and Wahhabi mosques all over the world. These mosques are the biggest trouble creators in non-Muslim nations.

Now the same Sunni Saudi gang, oil companies and their lobbyists are setting the US and allies for doing their dirty work in Iran and Syria just like Iraq.

Iran's oil supplies are being choked and prices are again manipulated higher and higher.

History Lesson - 1) American was attacked on 9/11 by an organzation that had it's roots and seat of power in Afganistan. 2) Americans are not used to getting thousands of it's citizens butchered without a response. 3) Americans usually kick the crap out of anyone or any country that decides to attack us and kill thousands of out people. 4) You CANNOT get rid of enemies with drones, prayer, or BS negotiaions - you NEED boots on the ground to KILL THEM. Guy - are you still with me or gone back to your latte? 6) Iraq, just happened to have broken every item of the 1991 Truce agreement after the Gulf War, was actively using biologicals and nerve agents against hundreds of thousands of it's own people, who ALSO happened to be people we had promised to protect (not even Syria, Iran, or Libya has used mass-casualty weapons against it's own dissidents to date), and our President at that time had every legal, moral, and obligated right to remove this scum-bag. Your attitiude is why the USA hasn't WON a war since WW2 - we're defeated before we even begin. The more people that buy into your pacifistic logic, the faster this nation will fall into the wayside of history. The fact of the matter is that this nation, many of it's people, and MOST of it's politicians see war as a game, something to make money off of, something to increase the power of their political party, or something that can't last more than a couple of years and can't generate too many body bags. They have lost the prime rationale for going to war, and THAT is too ensure that this nation and our friends are not threatened, subjugated, or destroyed when we have the capability to respond and talk hasn't worked. IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT! When we DO go to war, it should be viscious, violent, total, and target eveyone and everything that supports the enemy we are trying to destroy. No legal advisors, not rules of engagement, no endless negotiations, no bribes, payoffs, or puppet regimes, no border sanctuaries, no nation building - at least while the enemy IS a nation and NO apologies etc. THEN we might get back to being able to remove butchers and despots within a 4 years period and keep our country safe, militarily AND economically instead of getting our men and women killed for over a decade.
