Police in Australia have released video from a security camera that shows a woman wielding a knife and allegedly robbing a gas station, according to media reports.
Due to the revealing neckline of her black top, Australian television reporters have dubbed her the "buxom bandit," the UK's Telegraph reported.
The video shows a blonde woman wearing a black stocking hat and gloves walking into a gas station. She moves around the aisles then allegedly threatens the station's middle-aged attendant, demanding money.
She reportedly made off with about $360.
Police also are looking for a man in connection with the case, the Courier Mail of Queensland, Australia, reports.
People with information were asked to call Crime Stoppers.

What a brilliant move. Were it not for the surveillance photo the police wouldn't have a usable description of the perp. Nobody has looked at her face!

Actually, she probably could have made the $360 more easily by bouncing those mammaries around in a strip club.
She looks kinda familiar, but she did a good job of hiding the back of her head from the surveillance camera so I cant be 100% positive.

That should get the police involved. They probably all want to catch this thief just to hit on her. Maybe she will resist and really make their day. And then there is the required frisk. Gotta be thorough, so many hiding places.

....In this day of so many problems, it's good to have a "feel good" story once in a while.
Just reading the comments here and you can understand why women would rather be gay than deal with men. When men can't even read a news story and see a woman without making sexual comments you know who really won the gender war. Men sit back and wonder why on TV they are shown as incompetent and useless, well just read the comments on this news story. A woman walks in with a knife and robs a man; how do men react to it? If it was a man with a knife who walked in and robbed a woman how do you think women would react? Men stop being stupid. Stop acting like pigs. Be mature... be men.

Jw- I was thinking the exact same thing! The "buxom bandit"? Really? If it was a fat guy with man boobs, he would've been just another guy robbing a gas station. I don't condone her actions, but I certainly don't condone the media for giving her such a derrogatory "name." Just report the story, don't be offensive to all women. And yes, I'm particularly "buxom" myself and I take great offense that this woman is being identified in the public eye by her breasts and not her criminal activity and dangerous behavior. If I ever did anything to land me in the public eye, good or bad, I would hope people would be paying attention to my words and actions rather than my form.

It's just annoying to me that men then jump online and write stupid sexual comments as if to give the woman who is criminal a pass because she is attractive. When a man robs a store with a knife women don't sit back and make stupid comments about how sexy he is, they say, "put that scum behind bars". Men will make stupid comments like, "she can come rob me anytime".

Rat - I have no problem with MSN running the story in a way that they feel will get the most attention. I just wanted to point out the fact of how most men then respond to the story. It still shows the intelligent gap between men and woman. The genders will respond to the story different. Men will most likely respond in a childish immature way about the sexual attractiveness of the woman while woman will respond about the crime itself.
Jw- great points. I'm more concerned with how the media is portraying her, considering they, unlike random commenters on the internet, are supposed to have ethical standards. Reducing this woman to her breasts and making light of the fact because she robbed a store at knifepoint is disgusting. They're practically saying, "Look at this silly girl with big boobs robbing someone! Isn't that funny? We can't possibly take her seriously despite the fact that she (for now) got away with it and is potentially dangerous! We'll just make some tongue-in-cheek comments about her big boobies!" Yuck.

OK, I've only ever seen one episode of Mad Men, but from what I've heard, it's about womanizing executives and it's won several awards. That doesn't sound like a show geared toward women, but whatever. Most of the people I know who watch it are actually men. Like I said, I've only seen one episode. And yes, women are free to go see Magic Mike. You're the one who essentially blamed all women for its existance, so that's why I brought up the point that many women won't see it. Not all women find shirtless men humping air to be appealing.

I live in Australia at the moment and on the news it said she had the glove on the wrong hand.
