Subscribe to RSSA suicide bomber detonated a device in Afghanistan on Monday, killing three U.S. soldiers, one interpreter and four members of the Afghan National Police, a military official told NBC News.

The U.S. soldiers and Afghan police were on a dismounted partner patrol near the center of the Khost region in eastern Afghanistan. The attacker approached and detonated as they were preparing to get back in their vehicles.
Six civilians also died in the attack, Reuters reported.
Despite reports that the bomber was riding a motorcycle, the official said there was no evidence of that. The official added that the dead interpreter is thought to be Afghan.

I have had enough of this BS. Obama is a communist and is deliberately getting our troops killed instead of bringing them home as promised. He continues sending money to these terrorist countries so they can buy weapons, ammunition and explosives that are killing our soldiers and will be used against us. He considers it just a bump in the road that our soldiers are being killed. Damn him, these soldiers are our fathers, brothers, sons and when they bleed we bleed. when they die we die.

Frank Marshall Davis Bio - Barrack Obama's REAL father
Frank Marshall Davis (1905-1987) was a Communist Party USA (CPUSA) propagandist in Chicago and Hawaii, as well as a writer and poet. The FBI had Davis under investigation or surveillance for 19 years, compiling a 600-page FBI file. He was on the FBI's 'Security Index A', meaning he would be arrested in the event of national emergency.

You never hear if one of us volunteer to run to the groceries store and someone shoots and kills us. That a blogger will print, what the heck, he volunteer to go to the grocery store.

I think the new line is out in 2014, the end of 2014 which actually means 2015 or is it 2024 for actually everyone. Meanwhile once upon a time there was a non-violent culture there and now with its statue destroyed which was a symbol not an idol... there is war of 2 cultures that believe more in aggression and war than anything else and the whole country suffers as a result. I just spent an hour listening to Morning Joe rip into Obama's foreign policy, call for immediate withdrawal from Afghanistan, talk about how his budget was a joke--and finish by saying we need to trim back on debt, SSN and Medicare.
Here is the deal. Obama is not doing great. Romney is a total smarmy clown. No one takes anything he says seriously, because you can find a video clip of him taking the exact opposite position. Not one of those edited clips, like he tries on Obama. A strong defense of Social Security. A clip say Ryan was right and we need to kill it. A strong defense of abortion. A clip saying the exact opposite. A clip of him saying he is a "severe conservative". A clip of him saying he is moderate. A clip saying we need to attack Libya. A clip saying we did too much. He has no followers...because no one knows where he is going.

There's nothing partisan about Afghans turning their guns on our troops who are there to train and protect them. Our mission was successful. We stuck around because the Afghan military couldn't keep the peace. Now they are attacking us.

Blade-865322, Bush is responsible for the Iraq war on an incorrect premise of WMD and assistance to AQ operating and training in Iraq with Saddam's support. Both were incorrect or fabrications (lies). Bush continued the wars throughout both his terms and handed them over to Obama. Obama kept the same timelines for getting out as Bush has set, 2011- Iraq & 2014 - Afghanistan. Obama ran on the slogan to end both wars and he's continuing the war in Afghanistan two years into his second term if he's re-elected. Just another fabrication or lie to end the war sooner if he's elected, in my opinion. They are both the same just in different areas but not in touch with reality or the American people. We could have ended OEF in 2011 or this year and can still get out by the end of 2013 if he'd dictate it.
The amount of deaths in Afghanistan have almost doubled since Obama took over but he also surged 30,000 additional troops that others say Bush should have done years earlier and that also proved effective in Iraq. But if Obama had gotten us out of Afghanistan in 2009 as many thought he would based on his campain pledges, another 1160 US soldiers and hundreds of NATO and coalition soldiers would still be alive. Enough is enough. Bring all the troops home. It's apparent they don't want us there. Now after 2 deployments, they are sending more troops back there? Save the money, use it here and let them practice, worship whatever religion and God they chose. It's time for our troops to come home in one piece.

Why should any nation care about Afghanistan? I thought we supported democratic governments. It's interesting that "President" Hamid Karzai is still president after 12 years. Are they still a democracy or a dictatorship? Answer: WHO CARES! Bring the troops home now.

We have just seen the largest loss of Aircraft since the Vietnam war. The attack on Camp Bastion in Afghanistan DESTROYED EIGHT HARRIER JUMP JETS. This is the worst one day loss of aircraft the U.S. ever SINCE VIETNAM.

What bothers me is both parties speaking of leaving troops behind after 2014. One mentioned 10,000 troops, as advisors, support personnel, whatever. That's even more wrong than waiting until 2014 to get the others out. After Operation Homecoming in Vietnam, a buncha desk-jockeys in Washington DeCeit decided to leave 10,000 behind in April 1973. Well, how did that work out for us on April 30, 1975 during the fall of Saigon. It's okay to make mistakes. We all do it. It's just beyond stupid, however, to make the same mistake twice.
No body, no crime I always thought even with a confession that could have been coerced or at least argued that way by the defense attorney, claiming he was distraught by his wife's absence and the police thinking him a suspect.
The lack of details and investigative reporting for a portion of and the rest of the story by reporters these days, sucks.
If the chef did kill his wife, it doesn't say in this article what he did with her body, ate it, served it etc...Where did he actually cook her at, in the ground? Did he have to weigh her down that way? What did he use, wood or charcoal? Was she whole roasted or cut up and sauteed?
Poorly written article and no evidence of a crime until he confessed, at least from the details in the article that negated to provide any like why was he thought to be a suspect before his attempted suicide?

The real solution to Afghanistan was to just leave it alone and let them kill themselves and starve to death. No one ever wins a war there; the whole world knew that. Bin Laden wasn't there anyway. Rather than make war in Afghanistan and Iraq, maybe we should have made war on Pakistan, our real enemy. But then hindsight is 2-/20.
WOW....Just think. Whoever wins in November, think of the mess he'll be inheriting from the last four years!!

There is no good solution to OUR Afghanistan problem .It is long past time to get the hell out,and hopefully learn from this last 10 years of wars by choice. We spend more on our millitary than the next 10 top spenders in the world. As a nation we are not getting a very good bang for the buck. History over the last 40 years has proven that most future wars will be fought just like Vietnam, Iraq, and sewerghanistan. We need to cut back on millitary spending,and mind our own business. If a president wants to get us involved in another mess like the middle east give him or her a gun and let them lead teh charge.
