Russian youths accused of beheading homeless man they didn't like

Two minors were arrested this week in Moscow on suspicion of murder, accused of beheading a homeless man they encountered on the street, Russian federal police said.

The headless body was found near a residential building Tuesday, the Investigative Committee of Russia, the country's equivalent of the FBI, said in a statement.

Investigators followed a trail of blood to an apartment, where they found traces of blood, bloody clothing, a saw and an ax, the agency said.

The youths appeared to have run across the man and taken an instant dislike to him, the agency said. It said investigators were recommending murder charges.
